Forensic Psychosocial Evaluations
Forensic psychosocial evaluations are generally provided on a self-pay basis and are not billed to insurance unless the service is determined to be an eligible covered benefit.
Fees vary depending on the type and complexity of the evaluation, including the referral question, interviews required, records reviewed, assessment measures used, collateral contacts, and the complexity of the written report.
A fee estimate will be provided before the evaluation begins. A deposit may be required to schedule the evaluation, with the remaining balance due according to the service agreement.
Additional services, including extensive record review, expedited reports, attorney consultation, deposition, or court testimony, are billed separately.
