Payment & Insurance Options
We strive to make our services accessible by offering a variety of payment and funding options.
Insurance: We currently accept Aetna . Additional insurance credentialing is in progress.
Step Up For Students: Scholarship funding may be accepted for eligible services, subject to program requirements and available funding.
Private Pay: We accept credit and debit cards through Square, as well as Zelle and cash.
Sliding Scale: Reduced self-pay rates may be available based on eligibility and availability.
Please contact Mind Tree Wellness to verify insurance participation, benefits, scholarship eligibility, and current payment options before scheduling services.
🌳 Using Step Up For Students Funds with Mind Tree Wellness
If your child receives an eligible Step Up For Students scholarship, you may be able to use available scholarship funds toward approved services with Mind Tree Wellness.
To find us in your EMA account:
Log in to your EMA account.
Select Marketplace from the menu.
Click Find Providers.
Select the student receiving services.
Search for Mind Tree Wellness.
Select the service you would like to receive.
Add the service to your cart.
Go to your cart and select Reserve Funds.
Once your funds are reserved, contact Mind Tree Wellness to schedule your appointment.
